STAGE 1: DEDUCE

1. One on One conversation with Primary Stakeholders – CEO, MD, Head HR, Head L&D
2. Interviews with secondary stakeholders - BU Head/s (Sample participants size is 30% approx.)
3. Study of facts/data/surveys/assessment reports
4. Correlation or variance between statistics vs verbatim is analyzed and insights are drawn
5. Business Gap Transcript is submitted

STAGE 2: DESIGN

6. Based on the Business Gap Transcript findings TLE recommends top 2-3 books
7. Client also recommend favorite book/s
8. Books get co-decided to design a ‘book – based’ Leadership Essential Courses
9. Courses designed using IDM - Instructional Design Methodology
10. Chapters of the books get converted into – Working manuals, Learning Inserts, Behavioral Templates and Tools

STAGE 3: DELIVERY

11. Facilitation of courses in a classroom format
12. Leadership Essential Courses start with a pre-curser - World Café Workshop
13. 1st Half Day – Answering the ‘WHY’ to go through the learning journey and contribute to the system

       2nd Half Day – Project teams identify projects before the beginning of the course
14. Phased out Leadership Essential Courses are facilitated
